The office takes a break for lunch from 12:00- 1:00 pm
We understand that kids become sick overnight and we make every effort to have same day sick appointments available. We ask that you call us as early in the morning as possible to ensure a same day sick appointment. More chronic problems will require longer appointment times and are typically not availble same day. We will make every effort to schedule these appointment at a time that works well for your schedule. Well exams will also need to be scheduled in advance. We apologize in advance, but ask that you understand that unforseen circumstances will occasionally get us off schedule. We will make every effort to let you know when this happens. Please let us know if you have been waiting longer than 20 minutes without an explanation. We understand occasional circumstances prevent you from keeping your scheduled appointment. Please notify our office in advance if you are running late. Please also let us know ASAP if you are unable to keep your appointment so that we can make that appointment avalable to another patient. We will do our best to re-schedule you. Please note, if you fail to show for an appointment or fail to cancel in advance, a $50.00 "No Show Fee" will be incurred.
We are participating providers for most PPO and HMO plans. Please verify with your insurance that we are in your insurance network. Please note, it is the patient's responsibilty to make sure that our physicians are contracted with your insurance plan and that your insurance is active at the time of service. Please call us if you have questions or information specific to your insurance plan.
Co-pays, co-insurance, and deductibles are due at the time of service. Please be sure to bring your current insurance card to your appointment. We will bill those insurance plans that our physicians are contracted providers. Patients will receive a bill once their insurance has processed their claim, or after 60 days if the insurance company has not responded. If you have a question about your bill, please feel free to contact our billing dept.
